I support adults living with changes in thinking, movement, sensation and fatigue after neurological conditions.
My main area of focus
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
FND is my main area of focus. Therapy centres on the everyday activities your symptoms affect, from managing fatigue and pain to sensory strategies for nervous system regulation. There is a full guide to how I work with FND.

Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and concussions
With brain injury and concussion, I work on managing fatigue and pacing the day so activity feels more sustainable. Cognitive and visual-perceptual retraining supports concentration, memory and planning. When returning to work or study is the goal, we build toward it at a manageable pace.
Stroke recovery
My focus after stroke is upper limb therapy and motor skill rehabilitation, worked into the daily activities you want to get back to. I also look at practical changes to the home that make those activities easier to manage. Where a return to driving is a goal, it can be assessed and supported.
Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS)
After GBS, motor skill rehabilitation works on coordination and strength for the tasks that make up your day. Fatigue and pain management help you spread effort sensibly rather than push through it. A return to work, study or driving can be planned for when the time is right.
Neurodegenerative conditions
For neurodegenerative conditions, therapy focuses on keeping daily life manageable and meaningful. I look at changes to the home environment, strategies for fatigue and pain, and support for the physical and cognitive demands of everyday tasks. The aim is to keep you engaged in the roles and activities that matter to you.
ADHD management
My ADHD work is practical and centred on daily function. I support routines, planning and follow-through, alongside sensory strategies for regulation and focus through the day. This can extend to managing study, work and the demands of a busy household.
